are there any foods or items that permanently raise your health?
i know oysters used to, but i was wondering if there was any other way... even if it means lowering my mood.

Probably.

However, as of late (with 4* Yoga and 4* Basic Religion) Ive had no troubles with mood and health anymore, and I play 4/5 shows and do 4/5 jams a week.

Thats just something that takes a bit of time, but the skills are also extremely useful.

I'm looking to do that eventually. It would make our shows rock harder then ever.
